PUPILS celebrate at Berkhamsted School

STUDENTS and parents turned up in their droves to pick up exam results at Berkhamsted School where happy teenagers planned celebrations.

Despite the rain many of the A level and As level pupils were planning on having a night out at a beach party in a Watford nightclub.

Among them 18-year-old Toby Slevelane who’s four A* grades in English, economics, maths and physics will see him go to Durham to study law.

He said: “It was harder to get the place at Durham than in was to get the grades. I was a little bit shocked and quite pleased with my results. I’m looking forward to a night out now.”
