DON’T miss the splat-the-headteacher bonanza at a school’s Christmas fete.
Other teachers will also get splatted with the ‘snowballs’ – made from rolled-up socks dipped in buckets of flour.
The fete runs from noon to 3pm on Saturday at Westfield First School in Durrants Lane, Berkhamsted.
Mum Becky Plenderleith said: “We’ve organised the splatting game for the past three years, and it’s a children’s favourite. We’ve got six or seven teachers taking part.”
There will be a cream cracker-eating competition – the adult who can eat the most in a minute wins a bottle of champagne. Children have their own competition, for eating one cracker the fastest to win a game.
There will also be a Santa’s grotto and a raffle featuring more than £1,500 worth of prizes including a family photoshoot worth £270.
