Eco meeting this week
A public meeting is being held to discuss ways to make Berkhamsted's transport network more sustainable.
Stephen Joseph OBE, executive director of the Campaign for Better Transport, will be speaking at the meeting at Victoria School on Thursday from 7pm.
The evening is being organised by Tring and Berkhamsted Cycling Campaign (TBCC) and Transition Town Berkhamsted (TTB).
TTB is made up of a group of residents dedicated to making Berkhamsted more sustainable and eco-friendly.
Topics on the night will include traffic, parking and congestion as well as how the town's CO2 footprint can be reduced.
The meeting is open to the public.
Light refreshments will be served at 8-30 followed by TBCC's annual meeting at 9pm.
