Visitors to Potten End this weekend will be greeted by traditional fete fun on the village green for the first time in more than 20 years.
From 11am on Saturday, the animal-themed event will be busy with pet-related stalls, alpacas and a pet blessing service at 4pm.
On the packed programme of fun will be a bouncy castle, face-painting, tombola, barbecue, live music and more.
The fete is set to raise funds for the village’s Holy Trinity Church, which produces a free newsletter every month for over 800 households nearby and holds a free Messy Church children’s activity each week.
