Decision date due for second strip club

A decision on whether a second strip club for Hemel Hempstead should be given the go ahead will be made next month.

Dacorum Borough Council’s licensing committee will meet on the evening of February 12 to consider the proposal for the former Indy Jax nightclub.

The green light for a strip venue in the historic Old Town was given last year but has not yet opened its doors.

In the latest application, a firm behind a strip club in Luton wants to bring lapdancing to Marlowes with strippers performing into the early hours of the morning.
