Louis Hogan, 18, c/o Curtis Drive, Leavesden. Possession of 3.49 grams of MDMA and 58.62 grams and received a stolen moped in Leavesden on January 31. Fined a total of £220, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Marc Innes, 22, Lomond Road, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a crate of lager to the value of £15 belonging to Morrisons and used threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour in St Albans on April 1. Fined a total of £183, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Caroline Muwadzuri, 33, Stephenson Wharf, Hemel Hempstead. Stole fragrance and children’s clothing to the value of £137 belonging to Debenhams in Hemel Hempstead on March 24. Fined £110, £20 pay £85 costs.

James Christopher Thomas Healy, 30, c/o Heather Way, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one wrap of cocaine in Hemel Hempstead on March 29. Fined £230, £23 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stuart Howe, 40, Miswell Lane, Tring. Assaulted a police officer in Tring on January 10. Fined £75, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kenneth William Lane, 59, Kimpton Close, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances between March 27 2011 and February 27 2013, and failed to provide accurate details of income on June 24 2004. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sebastian Benjamin, 25, Baylie Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Destroyed a GPS tag to the value of £375 belonging to police in Hemel Hempstead on March 12. Fined £100 and £20 victim surcharge.

Saffron Jay Kelly, 19, Heron Close, Hemel Hempstead. Stole DVDs belonging to Debenhams and WH Smith in Hemel Hempstead on April 5. 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Aiden Francis Mawn, 28, c/o Milton Court, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving on the M1 at Elstree with 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (limit is 35), without valid insurance on April 4. Banned from driving for 14 months to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course. Fined a total of £1,000, £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Catherin Bajpai, 51, Crouch Hall Lane, Redbourn. Drink driving with 115 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) on February 13. Banned from driving for 27 months, to be reduced by 27 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, community order including 24 hours drink impaired drivers programme and nine months supervision requirement, and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £87 costs.

Kymm Stephen Micheal James Wright, 20, Rant Meadow, Hemel Hempstead. Harrassing a woman by and destroying a wooden gate belonging to her in Hemel Hempstead on March 7, and broke a restraining order by arranging for someone to call her on March 22. Community order including 10 days education, training and employment programme and 100 hours unpaid work, and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £87 costs.

Peter Virgo, 64, Horselers, Hemel Hempstead. Breached Sexual Offences Act by failing to declare foreign travel between January 23 and 27. Fined £700, £70 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel John Paul Turner, 20, Park Wood Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of two bags of cannabis, assaulting a women and damaging her property in Hemel Hempstead on February 20. Jailed for 10 weeks suspended for two years, 27 days domestic abuse programme and 100 hours unpaid work, and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

Jermaine Charles Thompson, 30, Chaucer Walk, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a man in Hemel Hempstead on January 5. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for two years and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stephen Charles Frederick Thompson, 28, Coleridge Crescent, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a man in Hemel Hempstead on January 5. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for two years, community order including two year supervision period and 150 hours unpaid work, and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Glenn Ball, 25, Berkley Square, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to declare a change of ownership of a vehicle in Hemel Hempstead on November 25. Fined £135, £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Chloe Edwards, 28, Ebberns Road, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) in Hemel Hempstead on November 3. Banned from driving for 18 months to be reduced by 18 weeks on completiion of a rehabilitation course and fined £300, £30 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Linda Dimbambu, 27, Tattershall Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to attend unpaid work placement on January 4 and 18. Fined a total of £200 and £85 costs.

Gareth Mark Anthony Ward, 23, Daggsdell Road, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to attend unpaid work placement on June 23 and 30. Ordered to pay £85 costs.
