TRICK-or-treaters got a spooky surprise when they walked past Gina Bryant’s house on Monday evening.

The 45-year-old had covered her house in creepy Halloween decorations including a giant spider, a mummy that had been hung upside-down, a Count Dracula, ghosts, massive pumpkins and a flying witch.

She even used food colouring to make a red waterfall that looked like blood.

It took Gina and her husband Graham 20 hours to set up the display ahead of a house party they hosted on Saturday in Berkhamsted.

She even got her dog Max, a Labrador cross aged four, dressed up as a headless horseman for the bash.

Gina, who has staged the display for at least three years, said: “I did probably go a bit overboard this time.

“But I just love Hallowe’en and we never celebrated it when I was younger.”

More than 100 people trick-or-treated her Cross Oak Road home on Halloween night, and she spent more than £15 buying sweets for them all.

The mum-of-one had started to take down the decorations with dad John Stephanopoulos when our pictures were taken.
