Helpers are needed to lend a hand with a spring tidy up at a garden dedicated to babies who died at birth or during pregnancy.

Still birth and neonatal death charity Sands wants people to turn out on Sunday (May 19), between 2.30pm and 4.30pm, to help with tidying and planting at the Forget-Me-Not garden in Hemel Hempstead’s Gadebridge Park.

It was opened in 2004 following the fundraising efforts of Sands, which wanted to create a memorial for families touched by the loss of a baby.
