Health resort Champneys in Tring is offering companies the chance to help their employees get over the stress of the recession by launching a corporate wellbeing programme.

It claims that employees in a variety of sectors are suffering anxiety and burn out through fears of redundancy and overwork so it has set up the course to improve and rejuvenate their health and wellbeing.

People will take part in medical profiles and personal assessments, seminars on nutrition, energy and exercise and will get advice on how to restore vigour and drive.
