High Street’s no longer sleeping with the fishes

ALL that’s left of Eat Fish is a building full of rubble - but it might not like that for much longer.

The Gazette reported in December that the company behind the popular High Street restaurant in Berkhamsted had gone into administration.

Not long after that it closed, and it has been empty ever since.

But now a sign has appeared in its window saying a new restaurant will be opening soon at the site.

It’s believed the new eatery will offer Italian food from the chain business Villagio.

Its bosses are now recruiting new managers, supervisors, kitchen and waiting staff. Email mgolgol@richouxgroup.co.uk if you are interested.
