A free one-day workshop in Hemel Hempstead could help businesses take the first step into exporting.

Dacorum Borough Council has partnered with Enterprise Europe Network and UK Trade & Investment for the event at Shendish Manor, Apsley, on March 20.

Mathilde Murphy, Enterprise Europe Network manager, pictured, said: “We hope our free workshops can help local businesses decide whether exporting is for them and offer a helping hand along the way”. Enterprise Europe Network is EU funded, much of their support services are free of charge.

Dacorum’s planning and regeneration portfolio holder, Terry Douris, said exporting is a great way to increase sales and the council has noticed a growing demand from local businesses for help and information about how to get started.
