Officers in body armour and equipped with shields swooped on the house in Charles Street, Berkhamsted.

A 24-year-old Hungarian man was arrested on suspicion of running a brothel and bailed by police until June 14 while the investigation continues.

Two women, believed to be working as prostitutes, were discovered inside the home during the bust on Thursday afternoon but were not arrested.
