A LARGE majority of the students at Tring School achieved the A Level results they needed to go to their chosen universities.
This morning scores of teenagers picked up good results at the school in Mortimer Hill and many of them will be celebrating tonight.
Deputy head teacher Andy Hencken said: “The top results are again brilliant with our head girl Jenni Cannon leading the way having achieved two A* grades, an A and a B as well as an A* in the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
“Another student Abi Brown secured her place at St John’s College Cambridge to study English after getting an A*, two As and an A* in EPQ.”
He added that the schols art, economics, geography, maths and travel and tourism departments also saw outstanding results.
