Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Roddick are among the players whose fate Hugo has had a hand in deciding.
He said: "It's been a great privilege to be invited by the LTA and AEGON to participate in the main draw and have some involvement in the play that will be taking place on these fantastic courts next week.
"It was great to have the chance to get a behind the scenes view of the tournament while it's being transformed from a tennis club in to this glorious blue for a week of what I hope will be fantastic tennis."
Allen won the Volunteer of the Year accolade from the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) after organising competitions in Berkhamsted and getting others to volunteer in the sport.
