Police make knife arrest
Police blocked off a busy road while they hunted a man charged with having a knife on him.
Thirteen police officers were called to the scene on Albert Street, Tring, at around 3.20pm on Tuesday (March 9).
Paul Bradding, aged 42, of Eight Acres in Tring, was charged with being in possession of a bladed weapon and a public order offence at around 4pm.
He has been bailed to appear at Dacorum Magistrates' Court on March 23.
Police reopened the usually-congested road at around 3.45pm.
