Berkhamsted man to face trial accused of causing damage to police car

A TRIAL date has been set for a man who is accused of damaging the front passenger seat of a police car after he was arrested.

It is alleged that John Dell had damaged glasses, acoustics, a wrist-watch and beer pump handle before being arrested in Tring on Friday, May 4.

Dell, of Springfield, Gossoms End, was charged with criminal damage and racially aggravated harassment. He will appear at St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday, July 17.
