Two mums who met at antenatal classes have joined forces to produce a recipe book to help parents who are weaning their little ones.

Osteopath Felicity Bertin, who lives in Hemel Hempstead, and full time Edlesborough mum, Emma Ogden-Hooper, who worked in recruitment before the arrival of her son Ethan, met in 2009.

The mothers to Ethan and Lucas, now both three years old, have produced Yummy Discoveries: The baby-led Weaning Recipe Book, which offers a step by step guide to baby-led weaning. It is based on letting your tot decide what to eat and contains more than 150 healthy recipes, help and advice.

It can be bought on Amazon or Waterstones in Berkhamsted High Street. Visit www.yummydiscoveries.com
