As part of the BBC's Thrillseeker promotion of outdoor adventure the Phasels Wood activity centre is being opened up to adults.

On the morning of Saturday, March 13 there will be high ropes, zip wire and archery on offer, while the afternoon will bring climbing, crate stacking and more archery. The same activities will also run the following day (Sunday).

Morning sessions are from 10am to midday, with afternoon fun from 2pm to 4pm. Each session costs 10.

The activities are aimed at adults but children aged eight to 17 are welcome if accompanied.

The centre's entrance is off the A41 between Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead. Access is via a layby on the northbound carriageway.
