Television crews will descend on the auction rooms in Tring to film two different popular shows.

The first to shoot footage at Tring Market Auctions will be Antiques Road Trip on Saturday, September 22, when experts James Braxton and James Lewis will arrive in style in a classic 1952 MG bringing along with them five items to sell.

The presenters of the BBC Two show started with a budget of £200 and have been seeking out interesting antiques establishments and hunting for treasures that will make the most profit at auction.

The following Friday Flog It!, which attracts about two million viewers, will be at the auction house, following its filming of a valuations day at Ashridge House last month. The items selected will be sold at the Brook Street auction.

Both sales starts at 11am and viewing times are from 9am on the day of the sale and from 9am to 8pm on Thursday.
