NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING The Committee of the Royal British Legion (Berkhamsted) Club Ltd hereby give notice that it has convened a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Club to be held at the Club’s premises, Farrier’s Hall, 182 High Street, Berkhamsted HP4 3AP, on Sunday 17th April 2011 at 10:00am. The Agenda for the SGM is: 1.Full disclosure to the membership of circumstances surrounding the cash discrepancies in respect of the Accounts for 2008/9, and 2009/10. 2.Results of the internal investigations into the identified Cash Discrepancies. 3.Committee’s recommendations to the membership to achieve closure of this issue. NO OTHER MATTERS WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE SGM
