THOMAS WILLIAM WINDSOR Passed away at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, aged 90 years. He will be greatly missed by his 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Funeral service to take place at St Albans Church Warners End on Tuesday 3rd July at 12.30 p.m. Donations if desired to Ward 16 Charitable Fund, Luton and Dunstable Hospital c/o J.
