TERESA SHERLOCK Of Rice Close, Hemel Hempstead passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on the 12th January 2013 aged 73 years. A beloved Mum to 8, Nan to 10 and Great-Grandmother to 2. A wonderful Mother-in-law, Sister, Aunt and true Friend. An exceptionally special lady who will be missed by so many. Church Service to be held at Our Lady Queen of all Creation, Roman Catholic Church on Thursday 24th January at 10am, followed by committal at Woodwells Cemetery. Family flowers only but donations if desired made payable to Ian Rennie Hospice at Home c/o J. Worley (Funeral Directors) Ltd. 48 Lawn Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9HL
