Judith Yvonne Yorke 'Judy' (1937 - 2013) Passed away peacefully at home, with her husband David and sons Martyn and Steven at her side, on Tuesday, 8th January 2013. A celebration of her life will be held at 10.45am in the Milton Chapel at the Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Monday, 21st January. The family request no flowers please, but if you would like to make a donation in Judy's memory to the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home Charity, it would be much appreciated.
