BAKER Graham 07/09/41 - 18/01/13 Passed away peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on January 18, 2013. He will be sadly missed by all of his family, his wife Jennifer, his sisters Rosemary and Alison, his sons Mark, Andrew, Jason and Daniel, his grandchildren, Ellie, Tom, Daisy and Joseph, also his best friend Alec. A church service is to take place on Friday, February 8, 2013 at St Peter and St Paul Church, Tring at 1pm. followed by cremation at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham at 2.30 pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Great Ormond Street Hospital, or Diabetes UK (formerly The British Diabetic Association)
