EILEEN MARY MULLINS Of St Edmunds, Berkhamsted, sadly passed away at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, on 27th October 2012, aged 62 years. The funeral will take place on Wednesday, 7th November at Chilterns Crematorium (Milton Chapel), Amersham, at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired made payable to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home c/o J. Worley (Funeral Directors) Ltd. 344 High Street, Berkhamsted. HP4 1HT. Tel (01442) 870326
